Dassault Systèmes and the Franco-British Data Society, with the support of the French Embassy, Irwin Mitchell and dataLearning, co-organised a webinar on the following topic:

“New Energy – Digitisation of Nuclear”

Energy security and energy transition have become key topics for Governments and societies towards sustainable growth. Low carbon energy such as nuclear will play a key role in the energy mix.

However, there are many barriers to overcome to develop both large-scale nuclear power plants and small modular reactors, including project financing, design, recruitment, and project management.

Speakers reflected on how digitisation and virtual twins can support the transition to sustainable energy.
